Cynthia Malowitz, APRN, FNP-C

I am the owner and founder of Sedona Healthcare Direct. In 2005, I graduated with an M.S. in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and began practicing as a nurse practitioner in outpatient clinics. In 2010, I opened Bay Area Quick Care, an urgent care clinic located in Texas. In 2019, I founded Sedona Healthcare Direct in Arizona. I love nothing more than spending time outdoors and enjoying nature. In addition to overseeing two businesses and my outdoor adventures, I'm a member of the Board of Directors for 'Friends of the Forest-Sedona' and I'm the Chair for our Water Monitoring and Air Quality divisions.

I am a fierce patient advocate and strive to help those in need. I believe everyone deserves health care regardless of ability to pay. I am well aware there are many people who can't afford insurance premiums, yet don't qualify for government subsidized health care. I established a practice based on the Robin Hood model. I provide free virtual visits to uninsured employees of Sedona businesses and charge patients who can afford to pay.
